Govita is committed to providing valued products and high-level services, hoping to meet your needs. After the customer receives the product, unless they have the following problems, generally they cannot apply for replacement or refund:

  • The product does not match the item on the order
  • The product is contaminated or the packaging is damaged
  • The product is missing or the quantity does not match

If the above situation occurs, please apply for a replacement or refund within 14 days after receiving the goods. We will make appropriate and proper processing as soon as possible, such as refunding or re-delivery.

The product I received does not match the item on the order

  • Govita takes the package and packaging of each order seriously, despite this, errors may still occur. If the product you received does not match the items on the order, please accept Govita's sincere apology.
  • Govita will immediately correct the order and ship the correct items to you. At the same time, please return the mis-issued product to Govita. Govita no additional charge.

My product is damaged

  • Although Govita is very cautious in preventing damage to the product during transportation, damage to the product may also occur. If you receive a damaged product, please accept Govita's sincere apology.
  • Govita is happy to process a refund or replacement product for you immediately. At the same time, please return the damaged product to Govita. Govita no extra charge.

My product is missing or the quantity does not match

  • Govita treats complaints about product quality very seriously. If you think the product has quality problems such as missing parts or inconsistent quantities, please accept Govita's sincere apology.
  • Govita is happy to process a refund or replacement product for you immediately. At the same time, please return the products with quality problems to Govita, Govita no extra charge.

Exchange process

  1. Contact Govita via email info@govitatech.com or phone (+852) 3702-6860 to apply for a replacement within 14 days after receipt. When applying, please provide Govita with relevant information, including your order number, name, address, quantity and product pictures.
  2. Return to Govita the products that were mis-issued/damaged/missing.
  3. After receiving your application, Govita will re-ship to the address on the order as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on your location and takes about 3 to 5 working days.

Refund process

  1. Contact Govita via email info@govitatech.com or phone (+852) 3702-6860 to request a refund within 14 days after receipt. When applying, please provide Govita with relevant information, including your order number, name, address, quantity, and product pictures.
  2. Return to Govita the products that were mis-issued/damaged/missing.
  3. After receiving your application, Govita needs about one week to process the refund for you. All transaction refunds will be returned within a few working days using the original payment method and channel.
